NUBA, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Radinode platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about users of our web application and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Name, email address, company name, job title, and password when you register.
• Profile and settings: Preferences, logo uploads, branding colors, and other customizations.
• Content you create: Workflow diagrams, integration plans, client records, partner records, proposals, project tasks, notes, and other content (“Your Content”).
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or support channels.
• Billing information: Payment details processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: Pages and features accessed, actions taken, timestamps, session duration, and clickstream data.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from identity providers you use to log in (e.g., Google OAuth), limited to what is necessary for authentication.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Your Content to train AI or machine learning models without your explicit consent.

3.1 Service Providers. We engage trusted third-party vendors to help operate the Service. They access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it. Key providers include:

• Convex — backend database and server infrastructure
• Vercel — web application hosting
• Clerk — authentication
• Stripe — payment processing

3.2 Business Transfers. If NUBA, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.

3.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NUBA, LLC, our users, or the public.

3.4 With Your Consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Your Content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at legal@radinode.com.

Important: The Service is not designed to store Protected Health Information (PHI). Do not upload PHI to the Service. See our Terms of Service for details.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
• Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
